Good to hear about jago party, wish it do what it says. But, in my opinion, it is missing very important issue in its agenda, i.e., alcoholism....what I think, alcoholism should be banned completely, I understand that it would be a huge loss of revenue, but the losing money is still better than losing lives. Consider adding this point in your agenda.

We actually stand for complete freedom. No moral policing is required & nor should any neta decide, what one should eat, drink or wear.

Watched "Rang De Basanti" and was wondering movie will one day become the reality if the corruption doesn't ends soon.... and then I came across your advertisement in India Today.... Great manifesto indeed but again there are thousands of people like me who are working at thousand of miles away from their hometown... where even if we want to we can't cast our vote.... though yes true we could always ask our relatives and friends around to vote for 'Jago'...... hope this party like others doesn't again shatter the hope of millions....

Jago party founders also got inspiration from that movie.

What do u have in plan for the current heavy brain drain, that is, the number of educated people going abroad for work and thus hindering the development of the country? Will it same as now (i.e. appeasement of these new world "gaddars") ?
  Reply:

Brain drain in mainly due to wrong policies of corrupt politicians. No one wishes to go abroad if good opportunities are available in India.

interesting read, your ad in India Today. But capital punishment for the corrupt and the demented is playing 'God;, isn't it. Life sentence, yes... Death, rarest of rare... Best of luck!
  Reply:

We have proposed capital punishment only for bigger fishes, those who siphoned off more than Rs. 10.0 crores............... Initially there can be an Amnesty scheme ( similar to many other countries ) where all such corrupt can be let off with a rigorous imprisonment for a few years............Also what we have to decide is, whether we have to protect the interests of our 1 billion plus Indians or the interest of a few thousand corrupts/ criminals who have manipulated & ransacked the lives of millions of this country.

You can provide other benefits to the voters as their ration card can be automatically disable if they do not vote.In other words Voting will make their ration card active till next election.
  Reply:

There will be no need of ration cards. As voters Id cards will be suffice.

Rs. 600 to each voter will encourage the poor to increase the size of there family. and it will just increase the problem. Why are you not thinking on the same lines for a tax system. Like Citizenship tax.ie. Rs 1 per day per citizen and all the benefits only for citizens.
  Reply:

They will not get this benefit until child becomes major. So no immediate benefit. We can always link this benefit with family planning. English/ quality education will reduce population in long run.

i feel the concept of giving Rs. 600/- for voting is wrong.. you r promoting wrong practices.. people should feel responsible and should care for the development of their state and nation.. we sholud prove that we can make differance.. DO NOT BUY VOTE LIKE present poilitician .. WE ARE DIFFERENT FROM THEM..
  Reply:

We are not adding even a single rupee to existing subsidies. This is just to stop corruption. It is better that people enjoy rather than corrupt politicians, officers & middle men. We must be practical to win elections. When others are offering different goodies, why an illiterate will vote for us ? We should give fitting reply to these politicians in their own language. Once people are educated, all these schemes can be withdrawn

kya baha tha un dhmakon me khoon nahin, haiwaniyat ki lali thi kya hua haasil murdaanagi ki is vaardaat se, chhupaa chaand, siyah raat hui aur kaali thi ruk gayi zindagi, kaiyon ke liye par siyasat ki muhim ab tez hone wali thi chitaon par rotiyan senkna, ab toh band karo ai’ siyasatdaanon woh angaar nahi jalte hue jimson ki lali thi ……………... ……………… ho sake to dekh lena ek baar un masoomon ko jinke dil bhare the par mutthi khaali thi =================== I am ashamed that few people with vested interest play with human life and try to shatter the faith we Indians have in each other. Will we again forget the reddenning of the peaceful Pink city of Jaipur? Why during the peace times our administration becomes lethargic and only wakes up with such bombings? Let them wake up and be alert even during peace to avert any such future mishaps.

sir, your problem is,most of your party workers are city based, and most of them have never seen a village,i guess...thats why you have replied that"most of the people are tech savvy" but sir, i wish any one of you had been through village, because in many villeges people hardly gets a news paper to read..maximum people in village are totally unaware of a lot of laws and orders or facilities provided by the govt. in our country 70% people stay in villages..so..i think..to make OUR "JAGO PARTY" a efficive one we need to concentrate on villages as well...plz pay your attention to my request, because i want to see MY JAGO PARTY at PMO thanks
  Reply:

Yes, at present most of our members are city based. Where did you read " Most of the people are tech savvy" ? Are you referring to our Bangalore meet ? Then yes, all of them were net savvy. However our state working committees are putting in every effort to reach the villages & slums.
